FAQs

Yes. Our LIMS is built to support ISO/IEC 17025-accredited labs and aligns with key standards like FSSC 22000 and HACCP. It enables traceable data logging, audit-ready reports, and Customisable QA/QC rules across your workflows.

We support a wide range, including:
• Dairy and milk quality labs
• Meat, poultry, and seafood testing
• Beverage and bottled water labs
• Bakery, cereals, confectionery, and more
• Food export compliance labs

Absolutely. Whether you’re running a single QA lab or several across regions, our food LIMS offers:
• Role-based access for multiple sites
• Centralized or site-specific data views
• Unified SOPs and test protocols
It scales with your operations from artisanal to industrial.

Chemistry and nutrition through to microbiology. Aflatoxins, sugar, acidity, moisture and fat sit alongside plate counts, Enterobacteriaceae, Salmonella, Listeria and yeasts and moulds. Microbiological results are held as presumptive and confirmed counts or as presence and absence, with incubation period, media lot and analyst recorded against each read.

Yes, and the two behave differently enough that the system treats them differently. A chemistry result arrives from an instrument. A microbiology result arrives when an incubation period ends, so the workflow is driven by the clock rather than by data capture. Read windows are scheduled and flagged, presumptive and confirmed counts are held separately, and media lots, control strains and sterility checks are tracked as records in their own right.

Release decisions work at lot level rather than sample level. Where a regulation such as EC 2073/2005 sets a sampling plan, the system evaluates the full set of units against n, c, m and M instead of checking each result against a single limit, so a lot with two marginal units fails or passes according to the plan you configured rather than an analyst’s reading of it.

Our LIMS supports a wide range of tests used in food and beverage labs, including:
• Nutritional analysis (fat, protein, ash, sugar)
• Shelf-life and stability tests
• Pesticide and contaminant residue testing
• Allergen, moisture, and acidity checks

Test types are fully Customisable based on your lab’s needs. We can configure any matrix or parameter set you request.
